Stayed one night in the 4 Points, got upgraded to a Junior Suite. Very spacious, clean room, modern design. Bathroom ok, good water pressure. Got lots of gifts like fruit basket, water, sweets. This is the only hotel I have ever been to that asked not only for payment in advance, but also for a deposit in addition to the cost of the night as well! I moaned that this was wildly unreasonable and they let me pay at the end, but this 'welcome' was a bit of a sign of the attitude... more
