The hotel is surrounded by a construction site which operates 24x 7, so you will have problems sleeping. Hotel staff did not care. Room service was awful - after 30 mins they told me they did not have what I ordered. Also, they forget to credit my SPG points. The perfect experience is created by the super-friendly and totally cool staff. The restaurants are the best in town. The food at the Spice Market is phenomenal and the Sushi is just amazing. The rooms are very hip, cool, and trendy. We loved it! more
