Considering the general level of hotels in Syria, this hotel is was a truly awesome experience. The rooms (standard twin) were clean, spacious and luxurious with leather sofa, big bathroom, and a balcony.
As we were travelling as part of an organized tour, I can't comment on the ease of getting there but its about 20 min from Damascus city centre.
Breakfast was not as flush as could have been expected but sufficient and tasty with fresh food being added constantly.
