Stayed at this hotel on the last night of a tour (which was fantastic) but this hotel was awful. Dirty, food poor, waiter tried to rip up off for drinks, room squalid! We have been given a gesture of goodwill voucher from the company we booked through and they are not to be using this hotel again. more

this hotel is dirty, poorly maintained and without facilities. I tried three different rooms before I left late the same night to another hotel. The bedrooms are smelly, dusty and the furniture old and basic. Nothing seems to work and the furnishing badly need a wash. Refuse to sleep at this place. more

We had a large room with a view of the street from our window. The room wasn't spotless but tidy. The bathroom had a low ceiling and overlooked a inner court frequented by pigeons. I stayed there 3 nights in July 2006. Tourist vacation with family (3 kids). Well located, in the modern part of the city, but not far from the main sights. We stayed there one night with a small group of 10 persons. The Hotel Venezia has the usual 4 Star average look. The best ist the breakfast buffet.
