“Definitely needs some love....”

Old, scruffy looking property and the main foyer was disappointing as run down. Rooms had 30 layers of paint and were very dark. Balcony was very uninviting with plastic furniture. Pool and gym area were busy and popular but lacked any environment that would encourage people to hang around. Not impressed at all.

On entering the lobby everthing seemed wonderful. However the smell of stale cigarette smoke was a bit overpowering! All the reception staff were friendly & helpful at all times. The staff make the stays in this hotel SO great. Classic, low rise accommodation, great facilities and the staff, especially Fouad the night duty manager and all concierge are simply superb. I have recommended this hotel to many and nobody has been disappointed.
