Best thing about here is the staff, they are efficient, hardworking and eager to get the job done well. Good service from helpful and willing staff, including concierge, made my stay reasonably pleasant. Rooms are clean but those at the back rather dark. Arrived late at night got upgraded to a suite - so far so good. The room was noisy and drab with miserable lighting and nylon curtains - but clean. Ordered a ceasar salad - the chicken was made of dried rubber and the salad drenched in mayonnaise. They insisted on re-making it - it came back with the rubberised chicken... more
The rooms are clean, comfortable and very big. The staff are also very helpful located next to a shopping mall and all other areas easily accesible. Highly recommended. more
