The staff in this hotel were excellent. Pre arrival requests were handled very well, the rooms were spotless and the welcome warm. The beach club was nice with soft fluffy towels. The food in Bice and the Royal Orchid was excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you more

The Hotel is nice and the staff very friendly. But it is a bit run down and there is no complim\entary internet access, which I would expect nowadays from a 4 star Hotel.
