I stayed for 2 nights. I asked to move room after finding that I could not get hot water in the bathroom. The water was only slightly warmer in the 2nd - lukewarm at best. Hugely disappointing hotel, and nothing like they market on their website. With the development of the Al Raha city immediately to the right of the hotel, and the major earthworks involved on the left of the hotel inside the grounds on the hotel extension, you are surrounded by construction (see pictures posted). The hotel is absolutely 5 * if not 6. The rooms are huge and amazing. The Marbel bathroom was also large, and the fittings were the best we have ever seen. The swimming pool has to be seen to be believed, exactly as the brochure. Staff were more than helpful, and extremely pleasant. The only negative was the free shuttle... more

I stayed there may be a bit longer than I expected, but experience which I got was good. Rooms are huge, pool area nice and clean. We, a party of 5 people, stayed for 11 days at the hotel and enjoyed every one of it. Exquisite service, impressive buffets, everybody of the staff was more than caring.
