I got bed-bugs but the hostel staff were adamant I didn't get them from their hostel and rather caught them from the beach, despite being in Buenos Aires for a week. To redeem the situation, the offered to pay for my medication, but later refused when I gave them the receipt from the pharmacy and they claimed it was too expensive.

Unfriendly and rude staff, who couldnt speak a word of English. I asked them for a female only dorm and ended up sharing with a man!!! The lady at the hostel couldn't understand me when i queried the situation.

No storage for backpacks and mine ended up on the sofa. The shower was mouldy and the kitchen of a very poor standard.

They offer breakfast but you have to make it yourself. The day of your departure they wont even let you use the toilet.

Sleeping rough would have been a more enjoyable experience...... more
