This is the second time I stayed here. I find every one of the staff friendly and helpful, including the maids. Rooms are always clean, comfortable. The manager speaks fluent English (for you gringos who appreciate it). The hotel is in a nice location, located very close to the lighthouse. The staff is fairly nice, but the rooms are not so much. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. Also there are spots of mold in the bathroom and rooms. However one thing that was quite disturbing was seeing a fairly large spider crawling by my bed.... More

Great location on the tip of Punta del Este! Walk to restaurabts, shops, port...right in front of lighthouse, "el faro." Very comfortable and a great value. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.
