Okay, this property has its 5-star rating posted everywhere, even on the outside of the hotel. This is not a horrible place, but it is NOT a 5-star property. Of the many hotel staff, all of whom were nice & friendly, only a few had a rudimentary understanding of English, and only one guy was actually able to speak it.... more
