We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a wedding. Its situated about 8k from Punte up a long drive up a hill and into woods. Our room was in one of the units set in the woods close to the hotel. The hotel, without a doubt, is lovely: beautifully designed, great staff, great amenities. However, we were under the impression that the hotel was in Punta del Este, when it is quite a long drive away. If you are looking for a getaway spot, away from town, this is perfect. But if you want to walk around town without a car... more

I went to Punta del Este and stayed at Las Cumbre hotel. The service is great, the rooms are very nice decorated, cozy and clean. I strongly recomend it for couples and families... more
