We stayed here to be near the huge music festival in Winfield, Kansas and we were not disappointed. The hotel is relatively new and very convenient to shopping. We had lots of room for our young child to play. Our only concern is that there is no elevator. An elevator would have been helpful with a small child in tow.... more

Not sure what the smell was in my room, but it made my hair and clothing smell terrribly. I moved three times and to no avail I didn't have any luck with finding a room without this horrible odor. I don't know what musty, stinky smell can describe this hotel. However, I left smelling terribly. I took a shower and had to get out of the room quickly. My hair smelled so bad and my clothing. I will not return to this dive in the future. Not sure. I moved from one room to another and had no luck.... more

i stay in hotels atleast 4-5 times a year. i enoyed my stay at this hotel. the rooms were large and clean and had very comfortble bedding. the refrigerator and microwave came handy . enjoyed my stay. staff were very sweet and friendly would recommend to any one. more

We stayed at one of the cleanest, nicest Super 8's that we've ever been to before. Arkansas City is a fairly small community and not too many options for hotels/motels. I stayed at the Arkansas City Super 8 motel in June, 2007. The room was clean and mostly in good repair (the light was out over the sink). This is your best choice in Ark City - it's a decent motel - rooms are clean, some have fridge, etc. Internet works more
