The lovely Estrella Andina is a great little hotel (not really a hostel) with lovely bright rooms, fabulous warm service and a top location half way down Illampù (right next to the Rosario). This hostal is quite good. Decent sized rooms with private bathrooms and 24 hr hot water. Continental breakfast is included. Internet costs about 5 bolivianos an hour in the hotel. There are cheaper and faster internet places along the witches market. This hostal is only 5 minutes walk to sagarnaga street which has a lot of restaurants, tour companies, etc.... more
