This hotel is acceptable at the price range but needs some help. Hot water issues in some rooms (2nd floor for sure). Staff wants to be helpful but lacks training. Cold shower, creepy long, empty corridors out of "The Shining", orange bedrooms...urrgh! Some bedrooms have no windows. Breakfast was the worst in Bolivia - rancid butter, terrible coffee, poor service. There are better hotels in this price bracket.
