This is a very comfortable hotel that is well-located in an affluent area of Bogota with plenty of restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. There is some refurbishment work taking place so the main restaurant was not open. However the overall experience was great. more

I have no complaintsat all about this hotel. Comfortable bed, high sped internet (for a charge) with a small work station. Nice walk-in shower. Good sized TV with CNN. I stayed three nights at the Sofitel with my husband. The rooms are great, comfortable, modern, clean, l'occitane toiletries, flat screen tv, nice bathroom and great beds. Location is great.
