The only reson to stay here is its proximity to the airport. The area is (currently - Sep 2009), a gigantic building site with new buildings popping up regularly, but no "life" to speak of at all. I thought Sheraton Bogota was very nice overall and I would certainly stay again. Building is very clean and pretty, rooms are clean and nice, service was great. No complaints. Room service food wasnt so good, but I dont think it ever is anywhere. I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again. more

Catch the red shuttle bus outside the airport. Was told the bus runs about every 20 mins from the hotel desk clerk. Long time to check in (two people ahead of me and took 25 mins).
