PROS: This hotel is very nice, modern and well located. The service is personalized and the stuff (front desk, cleaning and door men) really go beyond when you ask them for simple things like washing baby bottles or getting a private car to take you around town or site seeing... The Charleston Casa Medina Hotel is centrally located between the oldest downtown district of Bogota and the new modern uptown business district. This hotel spells "First Class". Staff at hotel are very friendly and will respond to requests. Great neighborhood with many different restaurants. Design in hotel is both attractive and extremely functional They have thought of everything.

Just stayed at the Charleston Hotel in Bogota, the hotel has a great location, the rooms are huge and modern, and the service is excellent. Just the gym and the elevator could use an upgrade, but everything else was flawless.
