I stayed in the hotel and the location was great !!! The staff was very helpfull and polite and most of them speak very good English. We were pretty satisfied with our room overall but the bathroom could have been nicer and more spacious. Really comfy beds; great breakfast. Our taxi-guide Hector was fantastic and really made our time there wonderful. However, some (not all) of the front desk staff were rather surly and didn't make one feel too welcome at times. More
