This hotel is a great place to stay in. The rooms are big, clean, the staff is courteous and helpful. The location is also very good- easy access to many places and amenities Overall, a wonderful experience staying at the Richmond Imperial Suites. I stayed here because I was required to by my job. It was five nights of pure torture. 1. This place is LOUD, LOUD, LOUD! Ear plugs do not help.
