Location on the Bay is very nice. Rooms in the basic hotel were really quite tired so I paid to upgrade to the hotel right on the bay cost was circa NZD30.00 which was well worth paying. Internet Wifi was slow but okay for email. Comfortable and helpful staff.

As noted in the other reviews, the Nouvata is part of a complex, with the Pacifique (2*) and the Parc (4*). The Nouvata is actually closest to the sea, however, also closest to the road. Different set up as a hotel. It seems that there are more than just Le Nouvata hotel at the complex. The reception area seems to be common for all hotels and is set apart from the accommodation.
