Our family just spent spring break at the Palau Royal Resort and agree that it's the best combination of luxury, affordability, and location on the island. The rooms were very clean and a comfortable size for our family of 5. We did get one of the family suites but could've probably "squeezed" into a more standard room with two beds... more

We stayed at the Palau Royal Resort...(Hotel Nikko) in Jan 2008! They were the BEST! The pool is very nice...the service was outstanding...the rooms had a nice balcony with beautiful view... Would definately recommend staying there! For tours....Right across the street from Hotel Nikko is Sams Tours...where we booked all our snorkel tours ..they too were the best! The Palau Royal Resort is a nice hotel in a nice location. It caters for Japanese and Taiwanese but being the only 'westerners' was not a problem. The staff were friendly and most spoke English.
