After doing a bit of adventure travel we chose this spot for some much needed rest and relaxation. Sadly, the Moorings did more harm than good. The resort is noisy and the rooms are cramped. We had a great view from the room but felt trapped in our room beacuse there is no beach (despite the "photos" posted on their site) and the pool was pretty much unusable. There were heaps of lizards in our room so if you don't like them that might be a concern. We walked to town (about 10 minutes) for our meals becuase the food was overpriced and not good. Service was not great and we were denied food service when we were 15 mintues late on breakfast. The concierge seemed more interested in selling us tours then helping us get oriented. They do have internet access for a fee which came in handy. more
