whilst the staff are friendly and the hotel is perfectly nice enough, be warned about theft! we had more than $2000 AUS stolen from our room gradually over our stay. the director refused to even meet us when we lodged a complaint! apparently there have been several complaints regarding theft from rooms over the last few months. i would recommend... more
