I stayed in that hotel from November 22nd through December 6th 2009. I was looking for a hotel in Kinshasa that offers the best quality/price ratio and this hotel happened to be it. On their website (hotelixoras.com) they advertised the rooms at $80 per day and the apartment at $110. But they also advertised that for someone who is staying more than 7 days the price will be $80 per day. I had to fight with the people at the reception in order to get an apartment at $80/day since I was staying more than 7 days. The people at the reception pretented that the prices advertised online were no longer valid.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Don't be fool by the apparent noise of the area. Once you are inside this hotel, everything is very quiet. The apartments are composed of a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven and a sink; a bedroom with a queen size bed and a vast living room.
