Currently staying at Alfa. A gloomy hotel with claustrophobic corridors, small rooms, wall paper peeling off the walls, greyish bathrooms, etc (I visited 3 rooms to compare). A room of that kind in Saigon, Phnom Penh or Vientiane costs $20 maximum, here it is $100. Relatively clean though, and definitely a nice sky bar. Come for the sky bar...

There's not much I can add to the previous review. In short, the staff are super, the location is very good and the view from the roof is wonderful.
