Not recomended unless you are staying for more that one month in Yangon. It's not really a hotel, but is a serviced apartment building. No internet in room and breakfast not included. There's a pool, a couple of exercise machines, and a couple of over-priced restaurants. It's a nice place, but better to stay in a good 4-star tourist hotel....
