Negative : No water, no hot water when finely you got it. No presure for a shower. Old mattress, Difficult to sleep and have a good night. Positive : Manager and people are nice. Open days and nights 24 hours.

In a great part of Tiblisi with market stalls, cafes and lots of street life. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. I had a large comfortable room with effective and quiet aircon. Only stayed one night but would certainly go back.

The Georgian House is a very good hotel just a short walk from the Avlabari Metro station. There are plenty of small shops in the neighborhood and lots of people roaming around. Stayed in January 2011 for a scheduled 3 nights, but was so comfortable here I extended and stayed my entire 8 nights at this hotel. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small, nicely decorated, and very clean. I'll definitely choose to stay there again for my next trip in Tbilisi.
