I was there in december and its fully changed,there are all new staff in rooms,beds,the pillows,blankents LCD tv,and everything...its all new white and clean...its really great place to stay when you are in tbilisi...its centre of tbilisi and have really great location...

Location is FANTASTIC, right off of Rustaveli, near the Opera. Rooms vary, as a colleague's room was HUGE and comfortable, mine was okay, and another's was tiny and terrible. Service was not unhelpful, but terribly helpful either. And a bit pricey for what you get.

Maybe people who want a huge multinational should stay at the immaculate and inpersonal Radisson Blue or Marriott - both a 5-minute walk away. But for me, this was perfect: great location, lovely staff, clean rooms - what more could you want?
