The hotel is in the "new" southern part of Seoul. So if your business is in that area (Gangnam) it's location is superb but if it is across the river allow several hours for Seoul's terminally slow traffic unless you're prepared to take the subway, which is surprisingly easy to use. The spa is great. They have everything you need from individual jacuzzi/massage tubs to authentic Japanese wooden style high temperature baths.
