I would definitely upgrade for access to the club level. Rooms are very large on floor 20+, if you are doing business this is the best and in the middle of the financial district. more

I stayed at the Ramada Seoul for a week with my extended family visiting my brother who lives in Korea. The hotel met with my mother's approval (she has very strict standards regarding cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms). The rooms are basic and clean -- there's nothing terribly glitzy about them, but they're comfortable if small-ish (but in a city... more

We were looking for a decent place to stay with our 4-year-olds boy. Our criteria are (1) convenient with airport bus, (2) clean, and (3) hopefully a bathtub. Airport bus sent us at the doorstep of the hotel, so it allowed us to settle down quickly once we arrived. The room was clean and came with a bathtub which made... more

I went to the Ramada during Choo-suk (Korean Thanksgiving) and this area was completely dead. But expecting a decent place to stay, the hotel was just worn down. It was evident that they have not done a good job in maintaining the hotel. It was old, worn down and dirty. The staff can speak English, but they didn't give a... more

I really liked the location of this hotel! The staff was very helpful and helped me book tours to the DMZ. The tour bus came and picked us up from the hotel! It was an easy hotel to get to from the airport using the shuttle system. The bus drops you off and picks you up in front of the... more

I stayed here with friends while visiting Seoul for a friends wedding. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly (thankfully speaking perfect English as I know no Korean!). Business centre proved useful, and wifi is offered in room for a small fee. There is a metro stop within easy walking distance to get out... more

This is my 1st time in Seoul, we come partly for business & leisure. The check in was easy & the receptionist spoke fluent English and was very polite. The room was extremely hot! Like Japanese hotels they only turn on the heating and stop the air con, the only way to cool down the room was to turn of... more

Stayed in the Ramada in Seoul again after a very good experience earlier this year. Maybe it was due to unfortunate circumstances, but the experience was much less satisfactory than my previous stay. The check-in was smooth, but I was charged up front for the use of internet at 11.000 won for 24 hours. The room was similar to my... more

Location of the hotel is fine. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. We were upgraded to the executive floor (14th floor) but during the night the sewage smell from the bathroom was terrible we had to end up putting a towel on top of the shower drain and on another bathroom's floor drain. People were nice... more
