This hotels wows you as soon as you walk into the lobby. It is very hip and modern. Rooms have red accents and fun amenites. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with so many choices. I peeked into the spa but didn't have time to enjoy it. more

Take it from someone who has stayed at 3 other W hotels not to mention thousands of 5 star hotels...this is NOT a 6 star, this is not a 5 star, it isn't even a 4 star. This hotel is a 3 star. Why? Read on. We had a car service pick us up. The greeter and driver were professional... more

The W Walkerhill gets it right and it does so in style. From the moment you enter to check-in to the moment you are waved good-bye to the gate, you are looked after in that cool luxurious W kind of way. My latest stay here was for five nights during October when the hotel was busy with Japanese tourists making... more

W hotel and Sheraton shares one building. I guess they are run by same company or something. I've stayed in both of them. for Sheraton, it's comparably old but still clean and comfortable. Most of the good restaurant, shows, and casino are here. For W Hotel, this is the only six star hotel in South Korea. If you want to... more

I just returned from 3 week holiday in Korea. Stayed 4 nights at the W in Seoul. I was blown away by the quality of service at the W, and in Korea in general. North America has a long way to go before it can even can close to their level. I salute all the staff at the W in... more

W hotels are usually good, but this one stood out for me in terms of value. Great bar and restaurant. I would only warn potential guest of one thing- W hotels generally have great room rates, but they will get your money if you use the bar, restaurants and room service. We stayed here for £99 per night per room... more

I'd stayed for 4 days in "Wonderful room" during May. I'd chosen this hotel since I grew up nearby and had a sentimental reason to visit the old Sheraton Walkerhill next door. This hotel is located a couple of km away from any of the subway / transit system, so unless you have rented a car to brave the Seoul's... more

Stayed 3 nights in a "Wonderful" room this week and it was fantastic. The rooms seem quite like anywhere else.. only they are not. It's all heavily pushed towards design, but there's a lot of substance to it, too. I'd say the room is a bit complicated at first, with heaps of buttons everywhere. I felt like a Flintstone. But... more

Usually I can't afford to stay in the W but found a great rate so of course took advantage. As my expectations were high, I still manged to get pleasantly surprised. The room and the ambiance was great which is what I was expecting but what shocked me was how great the staff was. As a constant business traveler I... more
