We were left with no choice but to get this hotel through a travel agency in the airport cause it was late at night and all the hotels in Cairo were fully booked even the other hotel that we stayed in.

The hotel is very dodgy and is situated in the scary part of Cairo.
The rooms were horrendous. I could feel the springs in the bed and the fridge has rotting food inside from the previous guests(obviously, no one cared to clean it). The toilet had no light bulb and the aircon was falling apart (it also produced dust with cold air). Also the door of our room could not be locked. We had to push the fridge against the door for security. I was just waiting for rodents and cockroaches to come out. It was really a bad experience for us. We only stayed a night but it was a very looooong night. And when we woke up the next day, there was no electricity and water. We had to open the windows for day light. I will never stay in this hotel again. and the travel agency charged us $65... more
