The staff, which are all dedicated professionals always remembered me upon check in and did everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Nice big rooms, comfy large bed, had several TV channels in english. Staff not very helpful. No Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. Situated right opposite Nile, this hotel is convenient mainly for its location and its excellent views.
