only good thing about this hotel is near airport. thai restaurant is excellent food and service front office staff nice except on royal club floor need to learn more english and manner The staff on royal club floors need to back to trainning again. Only stayed one night and hotel was very nice. The entry, reception and restaurants were all very nice. My only complant was that we were in a triple room and they didn't have the bed set up when we arrived. We had to wait for the staff to install the bed after we've arrived. We stayed at this hotel as part of a Trafalgar tour. One of the most positive aspect of this hotel was that it was conveniently located near the airport and offered hourly transportation to the airport. We stayed at Le Meridien one night as part of a package trip. After reading the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised to find it such a nice property. The business center offered reasonable internet service, the food in the Thai restaurant was a nice repreive from the ships buffet line during our Nile cruise, and the staff was very helpful.... more
This was my worst experience in a 5 star hotel. This hotel should not be allowed to be rated as 5 star. The hotel never bothered to pick me up from the airport, although my booking included a free airport pick up and dropp off. Avoid this horror of an establishment. Its not worth a single star. The management is run by corrupt, lazy and uncaring staff. The rooms are filthy beyound discription. The bathrooms have yellow tap water and fungis on the tile floor. Need I continue. I think you got the idea. more
