We actually booked this hotel through a link on Trip Advisor after reading the reviews from all the other people who had visited. I can say, I agree with the majority of the reviews. The Oasis Hotel, was a really lovely hotel with very friendly staff at all hours of the day and though it had a small lobby, it... more

Situated in HELIOPOLIS, VERY GOOD LOCATION, CHEAP, GOOD BREAKFAST AND FOOD BUT the only bad thing was the service and communication at the front desk. Otherwise its a best budget hotel to be in more

We stayed here for a few nights as part of a tour of Egypt. The rooms are actually pretty big in comparison to most places. One word of advice, don't bring food with you if you don't want it to melt. The room's climate control works via inserting your room key card into a slot next to the door, so... more

This was our first hotel in our tour of Egypt and after all the 5 star hotels we stayed in this was one of my kids favourites (boys ages 10 and 12) even though it would be a 3 star. Pool was good and surrounded by the outdoor restaurant which provided lots of shade so we basically parked ourselves at... more

I stayed here two nights pre tour and a night after tour - with Contiki. I arrived after midnight and was greeted by friendly staff. My room was located across from the disco, until about 3 am (after 12 hours worth of traveling) there were stobe lights and loud music blasting into my room. The next night I was use... more

The Oasis is my favourite hotel in Cairo. Its garden rooms give one a great sense of calm and space amidst the hustle and bustle of Cairo. It has two or three decent restaurants on site, and has a very nice swimming pool. The Oasis is ideally located if you are thinking of visiting the Pyramids (and let's face it,... more

We visited this hotel as part of our tour to Egypt and had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the whole garden area was very peaceful and pleasant. There was an excellant Shopping Arcade, where many of us bought some excellent souvenirs at pretty reasonable prices. We were quite close to the Pyramids... more

My wife and I were at the Oasis for 2 nights ..albeit short to check out all facilities but nevertheless quiet and comfortable after the heat, noise and dust of cairo sightseeing. Both days ..proximity to pyramids was a definite plus. After the fatigue of the day , having a poolside ambience with a varied menu(chinese, indian, mexican) was a positive. Didnt get... more

Stayed here for 3 nights as per of a multi centred holiday. Very good location - only 10 mins from the pyramids which stick out for the hustle and bustle of Cairo and Giza. Service also very good, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have a cold Stella (Egyptian beer!) by the pool after a knackering day in Cairo... more

We've spent there 2 nights, be we would like to stay longer if it would have been possible... We were totally satisfied with Oasis! Rooms and bathrooms in the bungalows are spacious, food is really good and there's quite big assortment, employees are at your disposal all the time... And the garden is amazingly beautiful and groomed! more
