stayed in this hotel first week of october. hotel: location is okay, but not possible to walk around the area like in more central hotels. service is good, the receptionists and porters are polite and will help you. room: quite large and clean, sheets and soaps were replenished everyday. however room faces main road which is noisy with car horns... more

Everything about this hotel is horrible...from the old, poor-maintained facility to its unaccommodating attendants...You can find better hotels in Cairo for cheaper rates...The only saving grace about Concorde is the location, it's very accessible for transportation and other traveller's needs... more

If you don't wanna spend all your money on hotels, this little and relatively cozy hotel is the one for you. If you're not picky about hotel rooms and overall service you will get good value for your spent money. The hotel is located in a quite busy street but the traffic noise didn't bother me and my friend at... more

I went to the Concorde hotel with low expectations, having read some of the very critical reviews on the internet. However, I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it as a base for visiting Cairo. It is situated not far from the city centre - in fact, if I put my head out of the window, I... more

This is an hotel for the adventurer , for the person who wants to do more than see, I only used the hotel to sleep and bathe and it suited me just great, its safe, clean and great value for money. The cleaners/ porters/ manager are all freindly and helpful. The room, sheets and toiletries are changed everyday. some negatives... more

This hotel is fine if all you want to do is sleep in it. Minimal contact, if any, is advised as far as the lobby desk is concerned. The level of personal service will be nowhere near as good what you expect for your money. This is the place for dishonesty and a frown. For honesty and a smile find... more

This hotel is good enough for people in an age group from 20 to 30 years old. People who doesn't stay at the hotel for long during the day, and don't mind their sorroundings other than cleanliness and quiet during the night. Positive first: The hotel is cheap. You get maybe more than you "deserve" for paying so little. The... more

I had never been to Egypt before, so i was prepared for the worst. If you are traveling on a budget, the Concorde is a good place to stay. The rooms were pretty large and bathrooms were clean and seemed new. The elevator is tiny (you have to close the door yourself) and took forever because i was in such... more

The hotel is a good base from which to explore Cairo and Giza. It all depends on what you are looking for. My wife and I don't spend a great deal of time in the room so we tend to choose a hotel such as this. The staff were friendly and helpful, but do avoid using their tours, restaurant, or... more
