We went here on the basis of a good review in the Lonely Planet. Our room was small, hot, with no working air conditioning. The television didn't work and despite staying four days, at no stage was toilet paper supplied for the bathroom. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Homey hotel in central Cairo, near Talaat Harb Square and the Egyptian Museum. Rooftop restauraunt open 24 hours popular with cosmopolitan clientel.
