No argument that the location (Islamic Cairo) is great but believe it or not, the fact that the hotel is so dirty offsets the location advantage. The bathrooms are never cleaned (even after guests leave), there are no towels, and the floors are dirty. There were several cockroachs in our room. There was mud in the tub and the pillows... more
