it is an awfull hotel. Staffs were beggar, they always asked money. Rooms,restaurant and kicthen soo dirty. I don't recommend anybody. 4 horrible nights, I'll never want to see. more

This is rated a 4 Star, believe it or not, by the Egyptian tourism board but I can't give it any more than 1 star, if at all. Everything is falling apart and really dirty. I've stayed in better 2-3 Star hotels in Cairo. Don't stay here!!! more

if i had seen other reviews before i booked i would never had stayed in the Europa hotel. It is dirty very noisy and a health and safety nightmare,We stayed away from the breakfast which is very limited and not very appetising.I would give it one star. more
