Overall, the hotel isn't going to blow you away, but the location, staff, and price will make Horus House well worth a stay. We stumbled into the hotel after trying to get a room at Longchamps, which was recommended by our guidebook but was completely booked. Horus Hotel, you would never have guessed, it is in a building that you would easily dismiss, but once you get to the 4th floor everything changes from the lobby to the terrace. We stayed several days at Horus House and were very pleased with our stay. The staff members were extremely helpful and always happy to help with any questions we had. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with good bathroom facilities as well. Breakfast was included and was simple but enjoyable non the less. I highly recommend the location as... more
