This hotel is in a fairly shabby neighborhood and is most definitely not more than a three-star hotel. It is rather small but seems "cozy" on the inside...with a relatively nice lobby, restaurant and pool area. The halls on the various floors are quite stuffy and not air-conditioned, so it is stifling, particularly during the hot part of the day.... more
