Its a nice hotel with nice rooms......only problem is that the lighting in the rooms are too dim and inadequate.....rest was fine.....well within the heart of the city, but away from the congested downtown......very close to the Great Pyramids..... more

The hotel caters for tour groups - see the vultures clean up at breakfast. The rooms were large, but the aircon didn't work well. There is a good Spanish restaurant when you tire of buffets. Catching a taxi was complicated by staff making deals with drivers and we had to hail a taxi ourselves to get a better deal. Spent... more

The hotel was ok. It was clean and most everything worked. I had a problem with the air conditioning one night. Once the air conditioning stopped working, my room filled with cigarrette smoke and as a result I had an allergic reaction that lasted several days. Some of the staff at the front desk were less than helpful when I... more

The staff hangs up on you instead of answering any type of question over the phone. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. Half of the light bulbs were burnt out and we had to call 3 times to get someone up. I needed internet access one night and they told me there were no more cards... more

If you just can, don't make a reservation here. The air-onditioning wasn't working 'and I had to call them 3 times till they came over to fix it (it took more then 1 hour) .Swiiming pool is small and very unatractive. Breakfest is served only in the resturant ,but most guest wanted to have it outside .It wasn't allowed. It seems... more

We were in Zoser hotel last week, spent 4 nights there. I did expect the worst after reading many reviews but it wasnt that bad at all. In fact the rooma were of good size, most come with a balcony. Our view was good....facing the pool. The staff was friendly, room service was quick and and surprisingly the food at... more

Me and my wife were a group of expats from Muscat visiting Egypt from 21 sept to 25th Sept. The tour was arranged by Choice Holidays Muscat and accomodation at Zoser. I had a 7th floor pool view standard room. The location of the hotel is near Pyramids and thats a great plus. The hotel rooms for hygenic. The reception was... more

We were a bit disappointed with the location - a long way from Cairo city and a fair hike from the pyramids at Giza. The room was clean, but smokey (this was pretty common though, given the smoking culture in Egypt). It was also airconditioned and quiet - which was a relief after a busy day touring/sightseeing. Breakfast was included... more

After reading many reviews on Zoser, my new wife and I were concerned enough that we were promised by our travel rep that we could change to a different location if we didn't like it. That assurance was completely unnecessary. I'm not sure what people expect; no, this ain't no $400-a-night posh New York hotel. But the rooms were comfy... more

This hotel is in a fairly shabby neighborhood and is most definitely not more than a three-star hotel. It is rather small but seems "cozy" on the inside...with a relatively nice lobby, restaurant and pool area. The halls on the various floors are quite stuffy and not air-conditioned, so it is stifling, particularly during the hot part of the day.... more
