Good location near the river. Rooms were adequate- clean and of ok size. Our window didn't shut properly, so we were cold the first night, but extra blankets were provided when requested. Most rooms seemed to be twin single beds, rather than double or king sized beds. Breakfast was good - traditional egyptian breakfast selection (falafel, pita bread, beans etc).

we stayed 3 nights at this well located hotel, few minutes away from the Nubian museum, the Old Cataracts Hotel and the peers. Very average but clean. Great view over the Nile but very noisy as also by the busy boulevard. Sadly they have no free WiFi. The staff was very friendly and the bedroom well cleaned up everyday.

We stayed here as part of G Adventures. The location was great and we had good view of the Nile. The room was clean and the service was good. The shower was not very good though.

This hotel maybe one of the best in aswan. The room is spacious with great nile view. Clean sheets with folded animal towels. Staff is honest abt money. Just watch out few room do not have hot water for shower. Other than that really good hotel close to everything!
