My parents stayed at the hotel and there was afamily emergency and i tried for 2 hours solid to get through on the phone and noone picked up. absolutely absurd!!! more

Hi Everyone, My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time in September 2009. We have been coming to Egypt for the past sixteen years and find this hotel very relaxing with beautiful gardens. It is far enough away from the street so no ”street noise”, the distance is a short walk down to the main gates.... more
