The hotel is cheap and central but the manager lets the place down. Things that should have been simple to fix we're left until the guests complained. Everytime he "arranged" a trip it failed to fully meet the promises. Chose another hotel.

The manager provide very hospitality, and very good service to any trip planing and transportation informations. jack (hash-hash) the manager of the hotel has been a great help with organizing a very affordable nile cruise from luxor to assuan. place is very cheap and basic, great value for money, incl. breakfast and pick-up from train station.

Princess hotel is great. We received a warm welcome and the staff helped us eagerly with finding tours and giving tips. The location was ideal for walking around Luxor. The management and staff were accommodating and friendly. Older women seem to be of great interest to the management and can be a target for soliciting money from them to help them out because of the lack of tourism.
