We accidently used this place when i got caught short one evening. To use the toilet facilties we ordered a drink and used the WC. Big mistake. The gents was swimming in (I hope) water, there were no lights in the cubicles or toilet paper, and not one of the taps at the sinks worked. There is a street nearby where the horse drawn carriages wait with the inevitable consequences, nobody expects horses to be toilet trained. It was difficult to say which smelt worse, the toilet or the street. more
