We stayed at the Norfolk Hotel on for two nights in January before leaving on a photo safari and during the day on our return to Nairobi. The room was fine, the service excellent, the property beautiful and the food delicious. There are still renovations underway, but we were out most of the day so we didn't notice the noise.... more

Our family stayed there twice - both times for one night. The hotel is going through a renovation which may account for what we encountered. (One of the dining rooms isn't operating.)
