One of my friends flew to Kenya but the flight was delayed, so I called the hotel to rearrange the pick up. The staff was very helpful and gave us discount on the room. It was a pleasant experience with the hotel and fast respond from the customer service centre.

This hotel has a security gate and totally fenced. Very pretty grounds and huge. Lots of pool area, a lot of weddings were going on while we were there. Hemingways bar upstairs is totally open and relaxing. The Chyoma Ranch has unusal food such as camel. The Safari Cat Dancers are fascinating. Enjoyed them very much.
