We were in the Panari hotel for 1 night due to our flight home being cancelled and it made up for the disruption. The hotel, the staff, the room and the food were excellent. When we visit Nairobi again we would certainly use this hotel. more

We spent the last night of our honeymoon here, and had a great time. The free honeymoon package was the most comprehensive in any of the hotels we stayed in- flower petal decoration, fruit plate, free bottle of wine etc etc. The room was huge, decorated in a 70's Austin Powers theme which makes you laugh out loud when you... more

I was in Nairobi on a layover and was to be spending one night at the Panari Hotel. The hotel was chosen because of its close proximity to the airport. We were to take a taxi back to the airport at 4am. I was traveling with my mother. The reception is on the second floor of the hotel so we... more

Panari Hotel, Nairobi I stayed 10 days in this hotel, here is my story. Staff - very friendly and helpfull Red Garnet restaurant - excellent food rooms - clean The short distance to the airport is also a plus, when you know about the all day long heavy traffic on the roads of Nairobi. But, the building itself is a... more

This is definately not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are very noisy and you can really not sleep. I wouldn't recommend to have meetings in this hotel because there Conference rooms are crapy. they do not even have projectors and printers. The elevators are confusing because there are different sets of them going to different floors. This building was... more

I wrote a review for this place after i stayed here a few months ago. I stated this was not a 5 star hotel, in spite of the claims made. I then got contacted by their sales team, who offered me to come stay again, at a discounted rate. Since i had to spend a night close to the airport,... more

Just got back from one nights stay at The Panari. Now let's get my biggest moan out of the way, NO OUTSIDE POOL AREA....just some rubbish sitting area with a few tatty sunbeds.. Room 1117 was nice and clean but lacked the normal kettle and iron. It took 3 phone calls plus a trip to reception to have these items... more

This hotel exemplifies what has been lacking in customer service in Africa but is being corrected. Wonderful. The Panari is one hotel that i will stay in anytime if they can take me and my family. Excellent service ! They can accomodate families and much more. They even take credit cards- only VISA . Trust me, in East Africa any... more

Our flight was cancelled and we were stranded at the airport in Nairobi. This accomodation was arranged by Kenya airline. Very nice hotel! Everything was sparkling clean. Room was very tastefully designed and comfortable. Hotel staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Hotel restaurant featured hot and cold buffet with delicious food, plenty of choices and abundance of food (we had... more

The Panari was obviously built to host westerners. It is near the location of the former US Embassy that was bombed in 1998. The hotel includes a shopping area and food court and even a small ice rink. The fitness center is well-stocked with weight and cardio equipment. The spa has a large indoor pool, dry and wet sauna…for no... more
