This is definately not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are very noisy and you can really not sleep. I wouldn't recommend to have meetings in this hotel because there Conference rooms are crapy. they do not even have projectors and printers. The Panari was obviously built to host westerners. It is near the location of the former US Embassy that was bombed in 1998.
