This used to be a wonderful hotel, but now its in total neglect!! save for the friendly staff. been 2 years since i was at the reef, and i must say it has improved! they offer superb air packages from nairobi! conference facilities - clean but fans and a/c were not adequate and abit noisy (reducing concentration which is so hard in that heat anyways) food - good selection and fresh..plates are warmed too! rooms - average amenities... more

I first thought the hotel was a bit dismal but then looking at all the staff with beautiful smiley faces that soom went, greeted with refreshing glass of cold fruit juice at reception and were able to check in right away.
